Terms of Service

1. What Thrum is
Thrum is a friendship-matching service. It analyzes profile answers, voice notes, and conversations to suggest people you may want to talk to, and hosts the chats and group “Chambers” where those conversations happen.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Thrum. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you share and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, or illegal content. Messages are screened by automated moderation, and every user can report or block another user at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how reports are handled. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Vibe+ / Vibe Pro) renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a safety risk to other users.
6. Disclaimers
Thrum is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee you'll be matched with anyone in particular, and we're not responsible for the conduct of other users off-platform.
